Invasor was laughing at them the same way grasshopper was in the Mineshaft. But I don’t think Grasshopper is nearly as good as Invasor. I was reading an article before the donn and actually: if all of the other horses repeated their best equibase figure and invasor repeated his lowest equibase figure, invasor was still ontop. THAT is pathetic. That was just a paid workout for him.

none ever won a G1 though (and neither have yet). All of those horses are just plodders, you don’t have to be a superstar to beat them. I think Invasor was a superstar but seriously, had he fallen over like this in the DWC Premium Tap would have annihilated him. Invasor was laughing at these guys.

On the contrary Magna Graduate was third in the DWC and was a multiple graded stakes winner and a multi millionare, A P Arrow is a GII winner and millionare Hesanoldsalt may he RIP was a solid graded stakes contender, Chatain is a lightly raced multiple GIII winner though he’s mostly a sprinter/miler.

To Jara’s Defense, I’m not sure if he coulda swung wide leading up to the stretch. Perhaps Jara rode the rail to save horse. I will say that he should have choked down Invasor a little so he wouldn’t have to check so abruptly like he did. But the other horse’s bids were brief and Invasor just had too much horse from the rail ride Jara gave him.

The rematch between Invasor and Discreet Cat in Dubai should be one for the ages. On a side note, how bad of a ride did Invasor get from Fernando Jara? He had no business being on the rail as he could have easily gone 5 wide and dominated the field.

Some horses just don’t like the track over in Dubai. I remember Jerry Bailey saying that for the first few days Cigar hated the track and struggled on it. Nice race for Invasor, can’t wait to see how far he goes. BTW partymanners, where do you get your footage?
